The panel on the right side already shows a pretty good visual represenation of the signal flow:

I merged both panels into this drawing.
I tried to draw most of the paths of the Modulators from bottom to top.

The red line through a Patch point means: when you plug a jack into this point, the pre-wired internal routing is interrupted. |
The modules "Noise Generator" and "Sample and Hold" do not have an internal wiring to the synth. You have to actively patch them to be able to use these modules.
The same goes for the modulation wheel and the momentary button beneath the mod wheel.
The screenshots are taken with the help of the iMS-20 iPad app, where there's a typo beneath the MG FREQUENCY knob.
