FakeSID for Android by Daniel Langner is based on Blackbird, a Commodore64 program for making music with the internal SID chip.
Please read the FakeSID manual and the basic tutorial on Github.
You can find Blackbird for the C64 (and emulators) on the Linus Akesson website. I highly recommend reading the Blackbird manual also.
