Matsutake was the synth programmer for the Yellow Magic Orchestra during the 1980's. His modular MOOG was always on stage, including christmas lights.

Matsutake is a special kind of mushroom in Japan. Watch the Begin Japanology Mushrooms episode, a series about Japan, which is presented by Peter Barakan. Mister Barakan actually did the international marketing for the Yellow Magic Orchestra in the 1980's.

Pilz means mushroom in the German language, the native language of mister Pilz. He is actually the only Youtuber that can pronounce Behringer correctly.

Both men so far have made amazing contributions to the music lovers industry. Each in their own way.
